Open Access is Closed Science: Discussion to Address APCs as a community

In response to growing concerns amongst global public health researchers about the burgeoning costs of APCs and their impact on equity in the low-resource field of global public health, we undertook an analysis titled “Article Processing Charges Threaten Global Health Equity: Open Access is Closed Science” (under review at PLOS Global Public Health; available now on med Rxiv).
